Dynamo

Beyond creating geometries, we often forget that Dynamo is also a powerful tool for #Automation and workflow optimization.

During our previous #Dynamo course as part of my Master specialization in #BIM Construction Management, we had the opportunity to develop several scripts to reduce repetitive manual tasks in Autodesk Revit.  These tasks included parameter assignment across multiple categories of elements, data extraction between #Revit–#Dynamo–#Excel, and bidirectional information exchange.

Today, I would like to share this #Facade generated through a Dynamo script I developed.
Using this parametric workflow, I was able to generate random façade panels in just a few minutes. This experience reminded me that #ComputationalDesign is not only about creating complex forms, but also about improving productivity and #DigitalWorkflows in the #AEC industry.
